when I am in out of body camera mode another movement options is needed
IE total free movement. right now I have to pick a point and I can move spherically around that point. problem is many times I want to MOVE up and down in pure Z axis movement and not Z rotation  is this possible Chris Taylor http://www.nerys.com/ |

Experiment with combinations of Shift and Control along with your arrow keys when you are moving your camera. You can make it move directly up and down, forward and backward, and lots of other fun things. Also, there is a camera controls popup. Try looking in View or Tools for it, I don't have SL in front of me.
