Can we have items that are entire body packs? For example, you can apply a body pack that includes clothes, skin type, attachments, and so on all with one click.

yes. Create a folder in your inventory and place all the objects in it that you want to put on. Then simply drag that folder onto your av to apply.
You can also simplify outfits using the create outfit button in appearance mode.

Yes I knew that much, but I was thinking of something you could sell as an object.

put it in a box for sale. The buyer then takes the contents out of the box and places in their inventory to wear.

My point, we need something that can do that quicker.

Lol, i can't help it, Darwin - if what's been described isn't quick enough given the way objects/outfits are handled, then what is?
Btw, thanks for this thread - i was seeing people do these quick-change acts on their AVs, but never occured to me to ask.

darwin, here's how to do it:
create the appearance, as you want it, and choose "Make Outfit" when you're done. a folder with the name you gave the outfit will be in your "Clothing" folder. drop that folder into the inventory of a money script object that gives an avatar the whole folder when it's paid the appropriate amount. done. or just make the box for sale, and let the buyer take the folder out of their copy of the object themselves.
