"temporary on rez" should work in no-script zones

I thought the primary purpose of "Temporary on Rez" was to let us add it to objects which really are not important in the world, and so no matter what happens to them, they get cleaned up after a short period of time.

Well, since the welcome area became all no-script zone, I've seen some "temporary on rez" bullets lying around the shooting gallery.

I made a physical cube to "rake" them back into the script-allowed zone right in front of the shooting gallery, and they derezzed.

While I admit it's a convenient feature to have "temporary on rez" save us from tossing an llDie() script into our bullets, I thought it was supposed to also solve the problem of things like bullets not dying in no-script zones?

And on a related note, the Phantom checkbox seems to get cleared from time to time, right now. The only way to make SURE your object will remain phantom is to still put the script in it. :(

Yes, fix both!

The temporary on rez is annoying when objects of mine, umm, find themselves on land that people set no script for some unknown reason. They stay around forever until I delete them... annoying!

And no scripts in the welcome area is no fun.. is there a reason for this? Were users abusing newbies? Is it a mistake?
