new privilidge for residents

i will like to see all residents have the power to delete ANY object in ANY sand box that is for sale. since selling in a sand box is not legal, it will not be a abuse of power to do it. this can help end some of the clutter of garbage people are selling in our sand boxes. unless lindens are only kidding about not selling in a sand box. nothing wrong to make money but do it some where else. sand boxes are for builders.
