I remember seeing in the Thread that Misnomer started, the "Show me yours" thread. That most people hardcore into SL run Dual monitors (so do I). Point is, it would be nice to have a Float option on All windows that popup in the client. Scripts - A must (no explanation needed ) Chat - would be nice IM - A must (for all those Linden spams that distract scripters) Map - Definatly (So it can be enlarged and view seperate of the SL viewer for easier navigation) (btw both maps) Editor - YES (its in the way all the darn time.) Note cards - would be nice to leisurly read while chatting or ettending events I'm sure there is more but these are my most annoying ones that get in the way. PLZ consider this Linden coders , to me this is about as important as seeing the SLinux version of SL (Linux Client )

um.....if you're using two monitors does that mean your avatar is stuck in the crack between them?

From: someone Originally posted by Damiana Domino um.....if you're using two monitors does that mean your avatar is stuck in the crack between them? LOL No. You either run in full-screen mode, and the client runs-full-screen on your primary monitor, or you run in Windowed mode, and size the window to fill the primary monitor. Either way, the secondary monitor is left "free" for floating windows. Of course, floating windows would only work in windowed mode, anyway. Unless they ran in a separate process, which would be nasty to code, and nearly double your bandwidth usage.
