More parameters in land search

Wnen searching for land I can set the minimum area but not a max, which leaves me with a high percentage of irrelevant returns. I'd sure like to be able to set a high limit as well as low so that I could control the range and get more relevant results. I believe that it would reduce search times, too.

I'm sure this has been suggested before ... anyway ... there's my 2$L.

Or searching for existing places, maybe I only want low-traffic results.

Or any number of other things.

(Yes, I know, I can click "next" all I want to get to the low traffic, but sometimes it doesn't fully load the search results, I've had 85 results come back when I know full well there are 85 PAGES of results).
