Detailed group land permissions

I was thinking today that it might be nice to be able to set specific permissions for group members. The setup could be similar to the access/ban lists (or work a different way altogether).

Basically this would allow for things like designating specific people that can terraform a specific group parcel. For instance, if there is a chunk of group land, and a couple members want to build a canyon and a bridge. It would be nice to be able to say, "Hey, you can dig a canyon on that plot... but we're safe from any accidental or purposeful gouging of our pain-stakingly arranged terrain over in this other plot."

Another specific permission I can think of off the top of my head is the permission to use the "delete all owner/group/other objects" buttons.

Obviously we wouldn't want this to become severely complex and convoluted, but it seems that a lot of these particular things could be lumped into a "Land maintenence" permission.

Suggestions, alterations, derisions, etc. all welcome. :)

I endorse this idea/feature. :)

Maybe also an auto delete for everyone EXCEPT a group/person, so that way anyone who builds anything will have their object auto returned except for a person/group. Could maybe be a "Exclude The Following People/Group From Auto Delete" list.
