Could we have a safe way to transfer land to people we "want" to have it?
Like say I have a plot and want to give it to John Doe.
But Jane andher crew are standing near. Unknown to me or John, is if someone knows what is about to transpire, and if they are waiting with their land tools in wait.
The options I currently have are:
I could just have an IM open with John and tell him when I am about to do it. and release...
But what if John is slow and Jane is fast? poof land gone and now we have to fight to get it back.
This is no good.
Next option I have:
Put it up for sale, well same goes. I have to IM John and let him know. But again Jane could be faster...well we know the rest...
No Good.
Now here is my suggestion.
Could we have a spot in the land tools that gives us an option to enter a name of who we release to or sell to. Then that person gets a dialog box and once accepted the ownership transferrs.
Real simple idea, but I doubt its simple to code. Just an idea that would help eliminate some issues that have either come up or could come up.

Thirded. In the meantime, those with lots of money set it for sale for a whole lot, and exchange some money with the person you are selling it to to make it even. If you set it for 4 or 6 times its worth even if the person goes and buys it before your friend can.... well you just made some good profit. LOL. I know its not ideal but it should help against casual land thiefs. And I already said I thirded.

Perhaps if when you bought land, you got a deed in your inventory, which you could transfer to other people?
