Add category friends to profile

Hi all,

Did you notice a lot of people write about their friends in 'picks' in their profile?

I would like to write about them too, but I do not want to use the 'picks' to do so, it's meant for picks, right?

And I don't want to add the teleport to my friends place, that's no ones bussines.

So this is my proposal:
Add a 'friends' category to our profiles to let everyone know how we feel about the ones we love in SL.

Good idea?

I think it's a nice idea, but the problem with it is that you might want to keep some parts of your Second Life separate from others and this will allow people to surf your friends list searching for information on who you know and what they're into and by extension, what you're into. It's hard enough limiting the groups you're in, but having to limit your friends list because you're afraid of guilt by association would be lame. It would also result in some awkward - I can't add you to my friend's list because you're in FurryBDSM group - even if your interactions with them have nothing to do with that.

So if you can disable this, fine. If not...

Heh, I hope the original poster means "a tab we can add entries for our friends" and not "publish our friends list in our profile". I mean, for some people that list is their business contacts.

It is not meant to add the friends list to the profile, just the possibility to write about some of them who are dear to you, because you want everyone to know you care about them.

That's correct, a tab added in our profile, so we can choose which ones of our friends we want to write about in that tab, like with the tab picks, but not tp to go there, just the possibility for a picture and tekst.
