Can we get an 'advanced' tooltip to display while holding a certain hotkey that displays more information about the object. Such as primcount, linked object names, etc.

I wouldn't mind this I guess, could help for getting quick info without going into Edit.

If the Edit window didn't fuxx0r with the camera, no one would care.

But it DOES and we do.  I'd prefer to NOT have the camera messed with all the time by the system, myself.

Someone else pointed out a very handy trick recently. Hit Control-3 and click on something. Voila! Editing without screwing up the camera.
