I'm not sure if this was something already in Game or not, but it appears as if the mute button on someone doesn't block their IM's, so how about a Block IM setting. There is no point to having a mute button when someone can simply IM you if they want to continue bugging you, outside of reporting them of course.

nevermind, that used to be in place, but for some reason, the mutes don't block IM's right now. They are going to be working on fixing that at some point now.
