no head wiggle for channel chat

I like the new channel chat feature (e.g. /1 to chat on channel one), but my avatar still bobs his head when I use it. If the typing animation can be turned off for all the slash chat variations (gesture, emote and channel), it doesn't seem like turning off the nodding too would be difficult. I don't think it'd cause any problems: the only case where it wouldn't be obvious who typed something would be channel chats, and since what was chatted couldn't be detected there's no reason to make it obvious that anything was chatted.
