While we're suggesting forum features, why not make a hard link somewhere within all the pages to:

http://forums.secondlife.com/usercp.php

It's a dopey process of explaining "look for the drop down at the bottom of the page, no not on the main forum page, you have to be within *a* forum first, then when you find it, scroll *up* to the option User Control Panel"
