Show how long objects have before auto-return in top bar of screen

The usefull bar at the top of the screen that shows location and rules of the land you are on could also show how long objects have before auto-return kicks in and they get given back to you, also when you move the mouse cursor over lets say "no build" it could show a tooltip showing the words "no build" so we don't have to click it to find out.
