When I receive a notecard that I don't want, my reflex is to close the floater and not to press the discard button. I thought this wouldn't accept the notecard / would discard it, but no.
PS : same for any item type.

No, thank you, I don't want autodelete! I'd lose too many notecards that I want to keep that way. You can always drop the ones you don't want in your trash folder whenever you clean out your inventory.

I'm with Kathryn.
There's a delete button right there, isn't there?
It would be a little redundant to have two delete buttons.
Maybe change the wording from "Close" to "Keep"?

Currently there are 2 accept buttons. The solution would be to remove the "close" button.
