sub folders in friends list?

Would it be possible to add a feature to the friends list where by a user can organise their friends into folders like you can arrange items in the inventory.

i have 200+ friends in my list and i need to sort which are work related from the rest.

I'd love this as well .

Right now I do sort calling cards in my inventory into folders, but that's more for housekeeping than anything really useful.

The ability to turn online status off or on for an entire group/folder/category of people would be so useful as well. If you're busy with something, you might want to only show online to (close) friends, but not to the whole world.

yeah this is what i think would appeal to a lot of users

but as usual, probably nothing will be done.
