Just thought it would be uber cool if we could see our own atatchments while we were in mouselook.

And do it with a simple script interface: llSetVisibleInMouselook( TRUE ); integer llGetVisibleInMouselook(); HUD anyone?

This continues to be a good idea. Why don't we see our own bodies (avs) in ML? where are our legs?

This sounds like a good idea, but about the not being able to see legs. Ive noticed this in alot of games, you look down and dont see legs, i figured this was because of 1 of 2 reason. 1.The mouselook camera was inside the model, and games used 1 sided rendering methods to save time on ingame renderinf(up the FPS in short) or 2. They never modeled legs, and what you see as your arm carrying a gun is actually a seperate model. But this still seems to be a good idea

If you llSetText on an eye attachment it is visible in mouselook and you can make a primitive HUD like that. I actually have one.

I actually fiddled with that eyeball thing. It's not a bad option at all; no visuals of course, and the text wanders because your eyes don't stay still...and reading it while on the run is very difficult...but it works.
