It would be nice if you could have 2 titles for each rank in a group since many times male and female titles differ. For example if I make a flight attendent group it would be nice if female members where called "Stewardesses" and male "Stewards" or in a noble group you could have "Baron" or "Baroness", or "Lady" and "Lord". Good way also for online married since then they could be "Mr." and "Mrs.".

Actually, it would be good to have this be flexible. I would like about 5 different =designations for the people in my company group, but only one for everyone in my political group

I'd also like more titles and control over group members. Like, being able to set multiple levels and permissions and titles per level.
