Suggestion: In world announcement

Would it be possible when there is a problem with the grid status, that the same announcement be made in world. Such as Issues with inventory: meaning don't put anything in inventory or take out.

Yesterday I lost inventory items. when I couldn't find what I was looking for I read grid status and it said there were issues, would have been nice to be for warned I wouldn't have removed things.

I have seen other in game announcements and thought this would be good.

I'm sure once upon a time they did used to send out a notice, but I haven't seen one in a long time.
