I guess this place is as close as it gets for suggestions on the All New Search without directly sending an email.
When I first pull up the All New Search tab I see the Top 8 (paid) Classified Ads. I'm sure the ad posters pay lots of money for those ads BUT you can find those ads in the Classified Tab and along side the All New Search results (with relevancy).
I suggest removing the Top 8 Classifieds from the front tab of the All New Search and replace it with a showing of 8 random Parcel Pics cycling every 15 minutes (or similar time frame).
This would give a showing of aprroximately 768 different Parcel Pics a day.
I feel this is a wonderful way for Linden Lab to showcase it's residents and their respective creations/ideas/business/home... Second Life! I would definitely get a boost of Customer Satisfaction knowing that Linden Lab is thinking about everyone.
Maybe add a checkbox in "About Land - Options" for "Random Display" of Parcel Pic.
