How about a section of the blog or forum where the LINDENS answer us when we have a legitimate complaint about the shoddy service we are receiving instead of just closing the im when the question is a little awkward.
There is no way to contact the Lindens and ask why we are constantly suffering from a second rate service but they are still piling on new residents to further overload a stressed system.
It seems that income far outways the need to cater for your customers needs

I think linden lab should give a free pony to all new premium accounts. That would finally give people a solid reason to upgrade.

Probably more than voice chat. You talking about the request for one(1) pony? We got that, (s)he's called Pony Linden and used to give rides around a paddock by the WA IIRC. Dunno what's hapened to him/her now.
