We all know The Providers don't care about the Forum anymore, that's fine. But the 503 nonsense, which has gone on for over a week now makes even getting to the main page difficult. The other day, at work I wanted to buy Lindens, it took so many retries to get to my account page and then to make the purchase I gave up. How many people may be trying to do the same, maybe sign up for Premium, or even Join up for the first time and are being thwarted? The Forums are one thing, but the Website is the Portal to the Product. If they don't care about that , why should people invest their Quatloos on it?

I'm not hip to these things. If there is a Valid reason why this has gone on this long, PLEASE, someone explain it, in reasonably simple terms.

QFT! I agree with you, Brenda, 100%. This is getting beyond ridiculous. I tried to buy lindens on the website yesterday, too, and it took forever to be able to get the purchase to go through. No one should have to work that hard to spend money on a company's website.

The contant 503 errors are absolutely insane, and now they're popping up in inworld search just about every other time I attempt to search for something.

Come on, LL, please get this together. There has been absolutely no update on this situation posted since the middle of last week. It's frustrating, irritating and just plain absurd.

I get 503 errors browsing the forums.

Clearly something needs to be done, once the sheer number of users is so high that the WEBSITE is taking a hit there's clearly a problem with registration.
