hows about hitting a key while in the im window jumps your cursor to the first name that starts with that letter?
oh and when you are scrolling through it, if someone logs on it resets the im window to the top, but only in appearance. if you look at the scroll bar, it is actually wherever you left it, and as soon as you click in the space, it jumps there, well if jumps there if you hit the scroll bar at least... i am not sure why, but i find that midly disconcertying. My guess i sthat the scroll bar isn't reseting, even though the window is.

thats the most annoying thing for me right now, i'm scrolling along looking for a certain person to IM and someone logs in and i'm imediatly taken to the top of the list grrrrrrr

When I want someones calling card or when I want to IM someone, I simply press control F, type their name, click search, double click the name, and do what I want! Sooo much easier!  |
