Seeing Boardman completely barren bothers me... seems like such a waste of good real estate. What if newbies (or other purveyors of premade houses) had a choice of several styles, that were allowed to be built there? For instance, a townhouse, or a small ranch house, or something.... that might increase population there  I'd be willing to build 'em Lordfly

I think that they should be allowed to build WHATEVER type of house they like - within reason. I'd really like to see either boardman or the other one (Brown?) be turned into a housing sim for ANY type of housing, and the other left the way it is, for prefabs only, except with MORE prefabs.
