I know this or something like it has been done before, but...
Clouds! This could subsitute for a weather system. I ask for a global cloud density and height setting, so you can make it overcast with low clouds for a foggy day... or a few whispy clouds for a nice warm summer's day... or a clear carribean sky! What do you think?

Do you mean that every user would have their own unique sky?
Even if this is technically feasible, it somewhat disturbs the notion of a shared world. I'd much prefer a random "global" system of fairly realistic weather.
Is that an umbrella in your pocket or...?
