there should be a feature in the Estate tools that can stop accounts that are no older than X months/days it would keep the creation of new accounts to grief a place slowed down, even imposable, there maybe be about 150 accounts already made but there will be a time when the accounts are banned. but believe me this is a better way than stopping no payment info

I don't believe things like this will work. Read the many other threads with suggestions like this one.

Yeah, griefers could still just create a ton of accounts and leave them till they need them to continue griefing, so they will have the required age.
