Second Life need an UNDO LAST ACTION button.
I do not know how many times I goto link objects and click the wrong button or move too fast...and bam...30 min of work down the drain.
If it is possible to add this option...let me know..you know where to find me.

"Undo" is something that really needs to be part of the original design of a system; put another way, it is very hard to retrofit.

Undo wasn't part of the original design.

I wonder why. Did the Providers think no one would make mistakes?

I wonder why.
When you are rushing a product to market, you tend to leave out the "annoying" parts like undo and internationalization in favor of development speed.

If memory serves, the first personal computer word processors lacked undo also.

I vote strongly for this feature request! When you change something in Photoshop just to try something out, you can always get back to the original state with undo, and that as many times as you want to. The same way we strongly need an undo facility with more than one level in Second Life.

Also we need a Reset or Cancel option in the edit properties windows so that we can at least abandon the experiments we were just doing to an object and get it back to "normal".

How do you have an undo for SL? Undo that bad relationship? Click.

Undo your last IM? click. :\

There is an undo when you are building or moving anything, hit CTRL and Z. It's limited, but it works.

RL does not have an Undo button either...

If linking objects is causing you problems, maybe study all the options with linking and de-linking first a bit more. Often you can easily correct things. For instance, you can remove single prims from a linked set without de-linking it all. And like someone say before, Cntrl+Z usually brings back the last moved object or linked set to its last location.
