Sculpty prims were a great implementation for those who could use a 3rd party 3d design application. But for those who can't use or have attempted, but the learning code is so steep. It would be great to have an in-game vector prim tool and the ability to modify basic prim's vectors as well. The system would be very similar to google 3d design application. And it would allow for custom prims to be build in-game in a relatively easy fashion because of how vector drawing systems work.
