Ability to Rate people, AT their builds

For Hermit builders, I think that people who go by their builds should be allowed to rate the person based on their build even if the person is not around or not even on line. After all, unless you see a person's build, you can't judge their ablilities, and when you do see it,and like it, you can't rate them (cause they're off doing something else)

If you did something like a "Rate Station" for builds, it would even out the rating system that seems very heavy on socialization.

It could be set that no matter how many stations a person has, that any one person would only be able to give you one rating, which sticks until they change it, just as it is now, not like a daily vote.

What do you think?

Yes!!

That is what we are doing in 1.1 (and we think this really does even things out, and has been somewhat forgotten in all the debate).

There will be a 'Rate' feature which is easily available from the pie menu when clicking on land or any object, that will allow you to rate the builder.

This does exist today (via edit->general->profile->rate), but as you point out with this thread, it is pretty tough to find and not everyone understands it.

So I agree that this will be a very primary way that 'hermits' are rewarded.

Great news Phillip! :) A lot of people have made this suggestion in the past to provide an easier way to rate people through their objects. This should be a big help to builders who aren't socialites. Thanks for being so responsive to the community.

What he said -- thanks for being so responsive! I'm looking forward to seeing that implemented.
