If LL wants SL to be taken seriously, if LL expect people to invest in SL, then they need to put in place professional service-oriented policies. By this I mean thing such as
i) support requests are answered within a specified (this may depending on subscription level), not left unanswered for days or weeks
ii) accounts are not disabled without warning or reason and without any means of contacting LL
iii) prior notice to changes to policy are sent in advance to all subscribers via proper means (e.g. e-mail)
iv) sim owners have a published minimum level of service in terms of availability and performance
I'm afraid that at the moment LL seems to many to be an amateurish set up, fine for throwing pcoket money at, but not putting major investment into.
