For the Event Calendar page, it would be nice if perhaps you could bold the date on the monthly view, so people can see whether there is an event on that date or not real easy.
In my Palm software (well, I use it for an iPod, but it does it there too) when you're in monthly view, it puts a dot in the day's box to signify an event is on that day.
I've found it to be a nice little UI help.

Thats a great idea. I hope that we have multiple events everyday soon - but still it would nice to have something on the monthly calendar - maybe different colored dots for different types of events.

it would be great if we could add these to outlook and similar, so events can then be synched to our calendars. jeez my memory aint what it used to be so it would be a great help if SL could communicate with other software and devices in various ways.

Bold or something would be nice but...

I agree with the posts re: highlighting dates for various purposes. However, getting that done is surprisingly difficult with the calendaring software being used.
It's noted as a future improvement but probably something which won't happen for a while.
thanks!

more on calendars to out-world
02-16-2007 18:22
Thanks for the reply... maybe something that is Google gmail type calendaring that is web based. This may mean emailing SL event "listings" to ourselves at gmail and saving it to that calendar. Further I see SL is starting a new website - this is where that may be a bit easier to integrate. Keep us posted! ** Oh we also need a way to do calendaring in-world – create calendar of events to attend, save/organize things like locations, addressbook /notes etc - as resources beyond “notify” as in the present search tool… but maybe this is something LL is working on? Please advise. Thanks,
