More control over the moon in Windlight

I've already made a JIRA for this filed under the lowest priority here...

Basically I feel that with the control we're given over the sky at present, we should also have a bit more control over our nighttime sky. A larger or smaller moon, brighter or dimmer, and of course....the ability to change it's color. Of course, this is just my desire and opinion....but I'd love to hear some feedback on the notion.
