Dearly Darlings,
It is unacceptable to STILL not have a number when you enter the queue that you can refer to when dealing with customer service. Especially after being on hold for 35 minutes to get into the queue....after trying all day to get through your phones! A referral number would cut down on the numbers of return calls with no customer service rendered at that time. Time saved equals money saved, and a much happier customer.
