Lidens, Can we please have it such that the click which selects an object cannot move it. I find that quite regularly i try to select an object and it moves when I click on it, even though if there was any dragging it was miniscule. This is really annoying. An alternative feature would be to lock just the position of an object (right now if an object is locked I can't edit it's script).
Thanks much, -Pat Murphy

I'm with Pat! I always seem to mis-click when trying for one of them little teeny triangle axis points, and end up dragging the object underneath to god-knows-where.
Maybe I just need bifocals.

Heh Nexus Nash read the posts before ye reply. From: someone An alternative feature would be to lock just the position of an object (right now if an object is locked I can't edit it's script). As for Cambridge it looks like he wants to move the object, but only with the Arrow / Axis points which are much nicer as far as getting the object to go where you want than trying to do it by dragging the actual object. I think a "Lock Drag" option would be great, one that still let you grab those arrows to move the object but didn't let you move the object just by dragging it.

From: someone Originally posted by Ama Omega As for Cambridge it looks like he wants to move the object, but only with the Arrow / Axis points which are much nicer as far as getting the object to go where you want than trying to do it by dragging the actual object. What usually ends up happening is I try to click on the axis arrow point and drag up, but I inadvertently click on another object near the one I'd originally selected... and as I drag, I drag that other object far away in one fell swoop. That's what's embarassing :)
