No need for a survey. See http://jira.secondlife.com/ and specifically http://jira.secondlife.com/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=10362 for how this actually works. Also, this "Feature Suggestions" subforum is largely defunct since the introduction of the jira, and mostly (rarely) used for informal discussions leading up to creation of new jira entries.
