I don't know about anyone else, but while I can view the feature voting system, I can't access any of the controls in any of the browsers I have. No ability to search for existing ones, no ability to propose a new one or re-alocate votes.

I too noticed that the toolbar that was on the right hand side of the page seems to have vanished.
Maybe a SL Answers forum question on this might be in order... though I wouldn't expect it answered before monday night, when the grid recovers and the Lindens go from being exceptionally busy to only being very busy.
