SLHandbook.com Region Parcel Surveys

The first step of resident parcel data capture has been added to SLHandbook (http://slhandbook.com). This feature allows anyone to add basic "About Land..." data and an image to the databse. As the rest of the data entry pages are actiavted over the weekend I invite everyone to check out the new features at the site, including a master region map (in need of an update ), multiple resident-created galleries and a full installation of vBulletin 3.5 for the entire community to use.

To kick off data entry I am paying L$50 for the first 1000 region parcel surveys completed. The hope is to get a wide swath of parcel types to code against. This will also aid in the creation of the full parcel and region editing suites to encompass extensive category choices, sub-category trunks and keywording.

Thnks to all who have visited the site so far and given me feedback on the look and feature set. My hope is to move to full beta by July 31st for a Version 1.0 release in time for the SLCC.
