I've tried several times to get in touch with you in-world, through your web page, and through e-mail. NONE of them work properly. How is it that I can have almost 3,000 items listed on your site, and yet my user name is NOT valid for help requests? HOW is that possible? HOW?
My vendors will NOT update. My stuff will NOT list. Some of my sales have been going into my SLB account but NOT sending the money to my in-world account, which you advertise as happening automatically. Your site has been sucking some major dick for months and months, and yet I can't get ANY help at ALL. I can't get ahold of anyone when I have a problem.
Do I really need to resort to posting this in the forums? Do you not have any Customer Service AT ALL that isn't some messed up automated response that won't even recognize my account?
Is your service worth using, or not?

Maybe LL bought them and no one noticed.
SLB under ESC has become a shambling hulk of its former self.

Pick the worste of evils and run with it personally if would prefer no service to bad service, However you can withdraw your funds from your slb account easily enough. Just login to the game and login to the site and hit withdraw funds and type in the amount and you dont even need to be near an atm or anything just withdraw it manually that's what I'm doing.
In all honestly though it provides a sort of customizable web based store front you can stick in your profile
The other alternatives are metamart which is actually pretty cool and I dont know why more people dont use them and apez (which I keep meaning to give a whirl but never do)

From: Schwanson Schlegel Ever get a response? I got an email explaining that they're working on better customer service and a new system... but funnily enough, the problem still hasn't been fixed. I went from having 1 vendor that wasn't active and 1 that wouldn't show up, to having 2 vendors that aren't active, 1 that won't update, and 1 that won't show up at all. I give up. I guess you get what you pay for.

The other alternatives are metamart which is actually pretty cool and I dont know why more people dont use them and apez (which I keep meaning to give a whirl but never do) The difficulty involved with withdrawing funds isn't the problem. I'm not supposed to have to do it at all. It's supposed to be automatic, as advertised on their site. It's hard to keep track of sales when a portion of the money from them doesn't get to my account. I tried MetaMart, but the system didn't work for me personally because of the way I organize things. I don't want to have to keep the covers for every box I make in my inventory. I create far too much to bother with that because it clogs up my inventory something fierce. If it weren't for having to store the photos in world I might have used it longer.

I dont keep mine in my inventory and it seems to work find i stick em in a box actualy texture sorter and they are still found by meta mart maybe I should check an alt but I long ago had to stop keeping texture in my inventory. As long as its somewhere inworld it should work and yes I understand about the slb thingy but if you want/need the lindens there is a way which is why I was suggesting it. Anyhow there is no "good" solution out there yet hopefully there will be soon also I have no idea how this one will work I just found the link a couple hours ago its brand new and still has some database issues slsmart.com It works like slexchange does for now Im watching it
