Hi Ken,

TMS (Template Modification System) isnt a template, its an extension for vBulletin, which helps you to organize your Template Modifications. Its available at the official German vBulletin-Hack Website:

As a member with a valid vBulletin-License, its for free. Otherwise you dont will get access to the Download.
