Yeah I need to somehow prove I'm part of the Electronic Entertainment Industry, with 2 industry forms if ID (???).
Sheesh, I run a website for a Lasertag game .... think that counts? Only I have no forms of ID from it. So I guess not. /sigh.

You don't need to prove you're industry to get into e3. They let anyone in now, as long as they have enough money for a ticket. That's why the more recent e3 events have been so crowded. They USED to only let in industry people, but, not anymore.

You sure? When you try to register it says From: someone Registration for a Guest Pass is limited to industry professionals, and two pieces of industry identification must accompany your application.
E3 2003 is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public. No one under age 18 is permitted, including infants.
If you qualified for previous E3 shows, you ARE NOT automatically guaranteed a badge for E3 2003. Two pieces of industry identification must accompany your application before it will be processed.
The Management of E3 2003 reserves the right to deny any applicant a badge. Maybe I'm not trying to register for they right thing but this looks like the only way to register online.

here's a hint: working at blockbuster video qualifies as "being in the industry". As long as you present yourself as professional (i.e. not a l33t h4xx0r wanting to s33 4ll t3h n3w g4m3z), you shouldn't have much of a problem getting in at the lowest level (i.e. guest pass -- press pass is much stricter). Kenny Metalhead got us into E³ last year, so talk to him. if he wants to help show you how to get in, he'll answer you
