What's sad is that little action seems to be made to correct this problem. The original abuser who performed his disclosure of my alleged RL information -- Nolan Nash -- got a mild wrist-slap in a public unofficial warning -- and that was the end of it. Though his posts were edited out, everybody got what they needed to get to go on endlessly ridiculing me in the game and out.
Now, we see how Nolan is the "gift that keeps on giving".

Cienna keeps on publishing falsely, over and over again, with impunity, despite my repeated Abuse Reports (and I've just filed a new one), this same claim about me in the game and my RL.
I do not know Cienna Samiam and have never talked to her in the game, certainly not knowingly. If she has an alt I've talked to, let's hear the alt's name.
But I know full well that I have never done what she is claiming that I did.
I have never admitted publicly, i.e. to a group of people, that I am a female IRL. This is a false, malicious statement. I have not done this in the game.
Cienna continues to believe I've done this in the game. Yet she cannot back up her claim.
--Who was the alt this was allegedly said to, since it was clearly never said to her?
--Who were the people present when this alleged revelation was made and why haven't they come forward to back up her claim?
--Where did the alleged revelation occur, on which sim, on which date?
I will continue to abuse-report Cienna for making a false and malicious claim about me in the game.
Let me remind you of what Pathfinder said: if information about you is not published on your Second Life profile, then it is not to be disclosed. It doesn't matter if you think it is linked to their blog (in my case that was also a false statement -- it wasn't linked to my blog).
It doesn't matter if it is hearsay from the game. It is not fair game for disclosure, and disclosing it will lead to warnings and bans.
Cienna has repeatedly, with a sense of impunity, violated the TOS here. Let's suppose that what she said is true about me making this claim ostensible in the game (it isn't). That would mean she took something she heard from the game in a group -- not something on the person's profile -- and published it on the forums here. That's against the TOS. That ought to be pretty clear.
I'm going to continue to fight for this sort of privacy right which we can all benefit from.
In the meantime, I continue to try to understand Cienna's motivation for printing this falsehood. It could be that she believes by doing so, she can gain entry to an in-group. She could have me mixed up with someone else. Who knows?
The fact remains, I did not do what Cienna said.
The fact remains that even if I did do -- which I didn't -- it would be unlawful for her to continue publishing and republishing it in the forums, each time trying to use this alleged information as proof of "mental illness".
So she's adding verbal harassment on to the offense of RL disclosure here, it seems to me. However it is analyzed by the mods -- harassment or disclosure -- the fact is that Cienna Samiam is engaged in malicious, personal attacks that have no place on the forums here.
