Newbie here and I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I have this Estimated Bonus thing in my account history that is worth 395 L$. What exactly is it? Where did it come from and how is it calculated? As far as I know, I haven't done anything special to deserve a bonus.

As you know, each Tuesday is stipend day and also the day that bonuses are actually calculated.
In order to help you plan your finances your account will show an estimate of what you will get on the next stipend day, this will obviously change with each rate you are given but is quite reliable.
If your real question was "What are bonuses, I haven't done anything to deserve a bonus" then the simple answer is that all rates that others have given you are added up and you are placed in a table with everyone else. Everyone in the lower 50% gets no bonus, people in the upper 50% get an increasing bonus based on how far up the list they are, NOT by how many rates they have.
If you happen to be the only person with a rate (unlikely), even if it's just a single rate, then you would be top of the list and get max bonus, but if everyone else has 400 and you have 399 then you'd be bottom and get nothing.

What is the maximum bonus that one can get? Does the bonus ever get higher than the weekly stipend?

Ive made over $300L a week on a basic account a couple times.
So technically this is more then my standard since normally Id only get $50L.
