Yes.
When you get to the "Save to Alpha" window (no matter which of the two methods you use), all you'll see in the preview is black and white -- whatever is black in the preview will be transparent in the game. And you're welcome =) #! _____________________

Textures are so much fun -- tattoos are really easy once you know how to create the alpha channel, and from there it's just a short hop to custom clothing [ although making *nice* custom clothing is an art form unto itself and requires much practice, patience and not a small amount of talent ]. _____________________
