Hi,

I'm a newbie, i hope this is not out topic, and as english is not my mother tongue please excuse me if i give you a hard time to read (or decypher) this.

I registered to a 7-day trial account yesterday. Began to play a little today and i just saw there's a "free basic account" give away...

So now, i'd like to be able to profit from the give away. But it seems I can't : i clicked on the "free basic account" banner but the following message :

"You already have an active Second Life account. You may not be eligible for current Second Life promotions."

Pushing the registering a little further seems not to help me, on the page to choose the member account type, i have no free basic account to choose, only the standard basic.

Do you know what can i do to benefit from the offer ?

Thank you for reading this.

Thank you; i've done that linden poking.

And so: I can't benefit from the offer. But at least I had an answer.
Closing my trial account to start another won't get me the offer as the credit card is used to identify a person/account.
I get close to lost my trial days -__-;;

Well, case closed.
