Ok. So I've been busy.. I go to download the newest patch and the first screen I see is me dancing in a bikini on some dance floor. Do you ever wake up in SL in places you don't expect? Do you ever look at the login screen and plan your escape, think about where your closest "PG" clothing will be? Man.. If I had a nickel for every time!

Recently I was 500m up in my skybox trying on slutty freebie clothes because I was bored and it was amusing. So there I am wearing, like, some kind of corset on top and that's it. And suddenly I crash. And my neighbor is, like, right next door. And I know when I log back on, I'm going to be standing on my roof. So yeah. That sucked. People in IRC were laughing at me. But when I finally did log back in, the sim was empty. Thank God..

What I hate is waking up to find a langorously-thrown arm across my bare chest, the feeling of flesh pressed against my side, the sunlight in my eyes, and the sounds of birds and traffic summoning me to a glorious new day. And then I realize I've woken up in SL - and not in RL.
And she's a cartoon connected to a woman doing God-knows-what a thousand miles away.
A Corona with a lime usually makes me sane again.

Set home inside your house. Then, if you get disconnected somewhere in a state of dishabille, you can always pop open the Preferences on your login screen and change it to log in at home. Voila.

Oh, great... so after a night of booze and escorts, I'll wind up in a PG sim? (KIDDING!) or, for newbies - worse, the WA? lol

Nothing worse than getting hammered and forgetting where you logged out, I logged in yesterday after a heavy night the night before in the middle of the new continent, about 2 sims away from home, in a chainmail bikini, duck slippers, in the middle of nowhere...

*note to self* STOP DRINKING It's much worse when this happens in RL Actually, I almost always wake up at home, it's just peicing together how I got there that's hard sometimes.
