Anyone else seen the ultimate in irritating for sale signs?
First we had 'nice' signs and rotating boxes, now we have boxes with particles spewing out of them. Is this really necessary?

Horrible or not, land with obnoxious signage sells before land with unobstrusive signs or no signs at all. Its simple fact that people want to get rid of plots before tier burn eats their profits.
Truth is that the eye is atracted to spinning, flashing, glowing things that spew particles. It allows selling two ways, as well, either via someone wishing to aquire new land, or from neighboring plots that don't want to look at it anymore and make a defensive purchase.
