Hi!

My name is Julian and I am SecondLife's first professional model (I do some modelling in real life, too) I want to set up shop on my land in Natoma (in the Avatar Central neighborhood)

I'm really bad at designing stuff so I want to hire somebody to build me a 2 story media center. The first floor should be a storefront so I can sell my posters and magazine that I'm gonna publish. the second story should be my office and living space. :)

I'm willing to pay a generous amount of money for your help. If you are interested, please check out my plot of land in Natoma (can't miss it, its got 5 posters of me on it and its next to a tall red brick building) Then email me at newlifeil@hotmail.com with your idea and how much money you want. I'll let you know if its a go!

Thanks for helping a girl out and please support my store!

xoxo,
Julian

Hi, Julian. You can look at my place in Clementina (200,0), to see if my style is what you're looking for. It's the big beach house. I prefer doing stark, modern architectures, arts and crafts, art nouveau. I can show you some pics of a particular style I've been itching to do.

What I'd do is show you a few different pics to find out what you're comfortable with, but I'm afraid I don't duplicate structures. It will come out with my own style.

I'd build a skeleton, to make sure it was what you wanted, and then my preference would be to hire an additional person to assist with the actual construction after I've completed the design.

You and I would work together to pick textures you like, I'd finish the texturing, and you'd be set :)

It took me about 2 1/2 weeks working almost every night to design and build my house, and then furnish it. So depending on size of your place, we could figure out how long for yours. Just trying to let you know I'm a real slow architect, and I can't give you a place in a weekend. If we hired someone to help construct as I mentioned above, that would speed things up as well.

I would prefer to do the interior design as well.

I'm cheap. I just enjoy it.

Lemme know if you want to talk.

Thanks,
Candie

Hi Candy,

Did I see you at the Ampetheatre tonight? I think I might have :) I hope I introduced myself!

I'll be sure to take a look at your place soon. I'm not sure when I'm gonna be able to log on next cuz I'm just starting an out of town project, but I'll keep in touch with ya.

Hope to meet you in the simulation!
