http://secondlife.com/status/ says the grid is open, even though we are in the middle of a scheduled downtime.

I got some notice from one of my scripts that sims in the Alviso area went down around 6:25 PDT.

I'd really like somewhere we could ping to know when the grid is down. Its kind of annoying to have to manually take down all the buy links in SLB. What happens when I'm on vacation? Thank gawd for SSH over Blackberry... but that's not a good solution.
