I don't mean to come across rude, nonetheless...

If you go to Olive expecting it *not* to crash, then I suggest not going. Personally I rarely "work" in Olive. But, perhaps, I'm sort of lucky as I'm on during late hours when no one's in my home sim, or other sims I tend to head to when building/scripting.

Olive does have it's good points, primarily it's a sim understood to be for *testing* and prone to crashing. And put there just for that, so others in "normal" sims don't have to be frustrated with massive lag and server crashes on a daily basis.

Ok, but is testing dropping about 200 giant spam boxes with 3 peices each and physics on? i doubt that, why the hell do people TRY to crash a sim ?

Hehe, I remember the spam!!! good old times, we rode down a huge slide once in a hollow sphere with tons of spam boxes inside it with us.... LOL

Yes that is testing, perhaps they need to know how many boxes of spam they can use before they crash the sim :)

Or maybe some people just want to PLAY in a SANDBOX... Thats what you do in a sandbox....

The day the sandbox opened people made slides and started sliding down on wierd contraptions, they were there first, the crashing of towers, and well spam is just a continuation of that, to see what would happen if... To see exactly how our Physics engine works.

sorry if you don't like it but thats the way its been since Olive opened and you know what, if it gets changed I really won't be back, i've been gone for about 2 months and the only thing i can think of fun left would be a nice late night of sliding in Olive.

I'm tired of a vocal minority getting everything changed.

It was a pretty nice office building. I was working on my lab nearby, you might remember me, I was the one who complained that you almost plopped down a wall of your office intersecting my lab, and you said "This is Olive"

Reap what you sow. :P

I'm still debating if I should be working in Olive myself, I've lost my work a few times. Last night I was working so long, that when I took off out of my lab to test a new flash I had coded, I looked around and my lab was gone, and everything else started vanishing...

Hee hee. It's interesting seeing Olive during the Delete Sweep.

The Plinko machine was cool but I don't know why they just left it there. It was kind of annoying.

The spam tower was cool though. Don't mock the coolness of the spam tower. It was just so nuts. Spam boxes everywhere. I was lucky I didn't get any in my lab's bowl. I have a shield now, of course. :P

It was great watching the Sperm swim around in the boxes.

And later they made the boxes explode, that was awesome.

It's kind of anoying and kind of funny though when I'm working in Olive, and someone gets it into thier head to fire missiles at my lab. :P

Tink! Tink! Tink!

Or that wierd guy who rezzes cages around people and then there's a rocket on the bottom and they fire you up in the air. LOL

Of course eventually my own experiments and inventions are sure to bother people. I mean, I was just thinking of making an atomic bomb. :P

Well, we'll see. Hee Hee Hee.
