How do damage, and death, and the outlands all work???

Can I take damage in the normal world?

Can I die in the normal world, if not, what happens if I take a lot of damage?

What happens if I die (do I lose money, property, settings, etc)?

How fast does life/health restore?

Is there a way to "heal"?

I'm sure I could figure all of these out, but I don't feel like endangering myself!

Can I take damage in the normal world?

Yes you can *if* the property owner has set for "set damage" turned on. You will find that option in the edit window under the land tab. You can also set it to "no fly".... could be a deadly combination. =0)

Can I die in the normal world, if not, what happens if I take a lot of damage?

Its not likely that you would die in the normal but Im sure there will be testers trying to prove me wrong. hehe As you take damage in the lower left you will see you life percent left (also an easy way for you to tell wether you are in a take damage zone or not).

Would you like to rest at peace in the normal world and prefer that option to take damage removed from those areas?

What happens if I die (do I lose money, property, settings, etc)?

If you die you return to wherever you have made your "home" spot when you first login. This is set under World "set home to here".

How fast does life/health restore?

It resets pretty rapidly, the biggest inconvience is being teleported back to home. =0)

Is there a way to "heal"?

Currently thats all automatic.
